We craft our items to order, minimizing our environmental impact. As these items are made specially for you, they cannot be exchanged or refunded and are considered to be final sale. Ready to Ship items over $1500 or those marked as final sale are also not eligible for return. In the event of a serious issue, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing all relevant details and photos of the item. We will do our best to resolve the problem and can be reached at sunandakumarstudio@gmail.com. Please note, we cannot help after 48 hours have elapsed.

Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Cancellation

Send an email to sunandakumarstudio@gmail.com right away with your order number and request to cancel. Requests to cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placement for a full refund to your original method of payment. Ready to Ship orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as it will immediately be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
